Communications

 

MAST's Communication Center is an Accredited Center of Excellence, by the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch.  MAST is a secondary PSAP that dispatches approximately 86,000 calls annually , of which 68,000 are Emergency Responses with 44,000 transports and 18,000 are Non-Emergency Responses with 16,000 transports.  We operate on a Tritech CAD with assistance from MARVLIS: Impedence Monitor, Deployment Planner, Deployment Monitor, along with in-vehicle mapping on CF-18 toughbooks running through In-Motion boxes through commercial wireless carriers in the units
