More than 5,600 families across the Kansas City area already know the security and peace of mind of a MAST Family Membership. One membership covers all legally related persons residing in the home permanently or being cared for in a nursing home.

That's why MAST offers affordable, easy-to-apply-for family memberships. At $59 per year, MAST Family Membership can make a critical difference to area families.
Family Membership Fees
Households with insurance:
$59 for 12 months
$109 for 24 months
Households without insurance:
$99 for 12 months
$189 for 24 months
IMPORTANT NOTE: Medicaid recipients are not eligible, due to certain Medicaid requirements. Offer applies only within MAST coverage area.
MAST membership provides for the prepayment of co-payments and deductibles for all MEDICALLY NECESSARY ambulance services for which the patient has financial responsibility. MAST membership also provides for a reduced fee for non-emergency transports that are not covered by insurance. MAST membership is not an insurance policy or supplement, it is a membership.
